“go back to your country” read a note that laid next to the brutally beaten body of Shaima Alawadi, an Iraqi mother of 5. The Muslim, and innocent mother of 32 years was beaten on the head savagely with a tire iron this past Wednesday. She was on life support since then, but removed this Saturday.

The murderer entered the Alawadi family’s San Diego home after her husband left to drop the children off at school.

Shaima’s daughter, Fatima was interviewed on CNN:

“Why did you take my mother away from me? You took my best friend away from me,” she said in the CNN interview. “Why? Why did you do it? I want to know. Answer me that.”

This is another example of how religion causes hate, not peace. It’s time for change, time for the world to end its idiotic and childish religious differences. What is just as awful is this happened in AMERICA, the most progressive and developed country in the world. Is American society really going downhill, that quick? What happened to reason and logic?

Our wishes go to the Alawadi family and hope the extremist that committed this horrendous hate crime faces justice.
